Around 1 in 3 women will face an anxiety or depressive disorder in their lifetime. That's why Lancôme partnered with ADAA (Anxiety and Depression Association of America) and HealthyWomen to develop “I'M FINE” — a program providing scientifically validated self-assessments (GAD-7 and PHQ-8), expert-guided evidence-based resources, and community building to make women's mental health a priority. Together, we’re raising awareness and promoting prevention to women to recognize early signs of anxiety and depression.
The “I'M FINE” program was built with and validated by a network of leading mental health experts and organizations, ensuring every resource we offer is evidence-based.
At the global level, we partnered with ADAA (Anxiety and Depression Association of America), one of the world's most respected authorities in anxiety and depression research and treatment.
Locally, we work hand-in-hand with HealthyWomen — whose on-the-ground expertise ensures our actions are relevant and accessible across different communities and cultures.
All mental health self-assessments available at www.imfine.com are scientifically validated and developed in collaboration with qualified mental health professionals, so you can take that first step with confidence.
The GAD-7 (Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7) and PHQ-8 (Patient Health Questionnaire-8) are internationally recognized mental health screening tools, developed by healthcare professionals over two decades ago. Scientifically validated and available in multiple languages, these questionnaires are designed to measure the severity and symptoms of anxiety and depression. Their strength lies in their simplicity: short, easy to use, and underpinned by robust evidence.
While these tools cannot replace a professional diagnosis, they offer valuable insights into your mental well-being and whether it might be worth seeking further support from a licensed professional.
