Accessibility statement

This page aims to present our accessibility policy and define the general accessibility level observed on the website, in accordance with the applicable protocols and regulations.

What is digital accessibility?

Digital accessibility is a set of standards and best practices covering functional, graphic, technical and editorial aspects.

Digital media (websites, mobile applications, PDF files, etc.) must adhere to particular standards and best practices in order to be accessible by people with disabilities.

For example, an accessible website allows users to:

- Customize its display via the operating system and/or browser (enlarge or shrink characters, change typography, modify colors, turn off animations, etc.).

- Browse using assistive technologies such as text-to-speech or Braille.

- Navigate without having to use a mouse, just a keyboard, switches or a touchscreen.

- Watch videos and listen to audio content with captions and/or transcripts.

- And more.

Accessibility policy

The body making the statement "Lancome" is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

This temporary declaration applies to the "Lancome Brand Cause" website.

Compliance status

Due to the lack of an audit to assess its compliance, this website is not compliant with the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) version 2.2.

A compliance audit is scheduled for September 2026 with the company Ideance.

This statement will be updated upon receipt of the results of this audit in October 2026.
